Read the reviews that say small, limited selection blah blah blah. It's small they have more than adequate selection. Nice beer, great malts. Food was brilliant. Staff really friendly and polite, new girl started today, really good. Well done guys, recommended

What a wonderful place! We stayed here two nights, although the second one involuntarily – the ferries back to the mainland had been cancelled. Great food in the pub and very cosy, comfortable rooms! Highly recommended.

This is a real gem of a place. I stayed a few nights on the campsite in a nice pod and had many a delicious meal at the restaurant. Such a lovely warm and welcoming place. Wonderful views to unwind and enjoy a tasty meal to. The food was great as was the service. Fiona was a delight and went above and beyond. It's the sort of place that it's not just about having a bite to eat it becomes part of the experience of your whole trip. I'd thoroughly recommend The Inn at Port nan Gael

What a wonderful little hotel. Our rooms were fabulous, lovely amenities in our room. The food in the restaurant yummy and Fiona is amazing I would repeat our stay. Added bonus - we upgraded to a loft view and there is a wee shop open all day which has everything in it and I mean everything.

Stayed in this charming old inn with the wife and our dog. We had a ground floor room which was quaint and cozy, yet also quite roomy. As well as being a great place to stay as a base for exploring Mull and Iona, the staff were terrific, very welcoming and friendly. The food and atmosphere in the restaurant were top notch too. They also have a fenced dog area which our dog loved but as The inn is basicaly in a tiny hamlet it was equally enjoyable just going out on the road walking. It felt very country and peaceful. I chose this Inn because it is in the heart of MacGillivray country of Mull so I was always going to be a little biased but writing this review I feel a real sense of fondness for this old world style hotel, the country experience and the local area that goes with it.

A very cosy little Inn, wonderful food and service. So handy for the adjacent campsite. We were here every night of our 4 night stay! Pomegranate and hummus starter, macaroni bites and a hearty steak pie with local beef. Yum!

Stayed the night for the wife's birthday with the van, lovely clean site with some really nice views. There is a shop of site with alot of goods. There also a bar +restaurant there too lucky we got a seat but it fills up very quick so would say book it. Other note... absolutely shattered my self at 4am when going to the toilet with Red Stags making rutting noises... needless to say wildlife its very close to you here. Marty
